NJ voices need to be heard before NJDOH comments are closed.
New Jersey: Today is the LAST DAY to comment on the NJDOH proposed code revisions. Have you commented yet? Contacted your legislators?
Let's alert our legislators to these NJDOH proposals by taking ACTION today! We need to educate our representatives & pressure them to contact the NJDOH on our behalf!
You can also use your voice and tell the NJ Department of Health NOT to revise the New Jersey Administrative Code Title 8 Chapter 57 which covers Communicable Diseases and related topics!
Watch the NJPHIPAC video overview of the alarming NJDOH proposed code changes/additions:
(RECAP: 5.8.23 A New Jersey Department of Health memo went out to “NJ stakeholders,” on Monday, May 8, 2023 asking for a review of a power point presentation and feedback (by May 31, 2023) on their proposed revisions of the New Jersey Administrative Code Title 8 Chapter 57 which covers Communicable Diseases and related topics. The current rule is set to expire on February 8, 2024.).
Watch the May 30th, NJ Public Health Innovation PAC’s interview with Senator Holly Schepisi as they discuss if the NJDOH could also remove or alter the Religious Exemption code in NJ.
New Jersey United Medical Professionals (NJUMP) are taking a firm stand against the alarming proposals by the NJ Department of Health (NJDOH). They strongly oppose the expansion of vaccine mandates for children and other additional proposals that pave the way for excessive government agency power.
NJUMP members are made up of dedicated doctors and healthcare professionals within the state of New Jersey. Their mission is to protect and preserve the sacred doctor-patient relationship and uphold the principles of individualized care.
Please take action TODAY and share with NJ peers! The NJDOH and our local legislators need to hear from us and how we oppose any changes to the NJ code!
